If a session is already playing and you need to stop it early or change how long it runs, you don't need to wait for the timer to finish or start a new schedule. You can adjust it from the session itself while it's live.
Ensure a Soundscape is playing and the Session Timer has started.
Open the Session Timer from the playbar.
To end it now, select End Timer.
To extend the time remaining, select +5 min, +15 min or +30 min.
To pause the time remaining, select Pause Timer.
