To move within the current chapter
Drag or tap along the chapter bar to land anywhere in the chapter that's playing.
Use the skip back 30s and skip forward 30s buttons for smaller adjustments.
To move between chapters
Use the previous chapter and next chapter buttons either side of play/pause to step through the soundscape one chapter at a time.
Good to know
The bar scrubs within the current chapter. To go somewhere else entirely, use the skip or chapters list.
Transitions are designed to be clean cuts, so a skip lands without disturbing the room.
Tapping previous chapter always steps back one.
