Each block in your Schedule will have a start time and an end time, and the blocks run in order throughout the day. Once a block is on the calendar and schedule mode is switched on, it plays automatically, so you can program a whole week ahead and leave it alone.
How to add a soundscape to your schedule
Open the Schedule tab and select the zone you want to program.
Select the time slot where you want the music to start, or click Add.
Set the desired start and end time.
Choose a soundscape you’d like to have play for that time. Note: As you adjust the timing of the block we will recommend some soundscapes that fit the timing you have chosen but you can also search by name or browse by category.
Press Save. The block will appear on the calendar and play automatically at that time.
Once you are happy turn on the schedule and whatever is playing will align with your calendar.
Note: Are you wondering what will play during the times when nothing is scheduled? We have got you covered, learn how to choose what happens when nothing scheduled by checking out this article: What Happens When nothing is scheduled
Good to know
When you are choosing what will play during your scheduled block, you have the choice between a specific soundscape or you can choose a category of music such as Relax or Focus and we will play a curated selection of soundscapes from that category.
If two schedule blocks overlap, the most recently created block will take priority, this is to avoid two soundscapes playing at once. If a new soundscape is set to play before the current one is finished, the newest soundscape takes precedent.
Any time left unscheduled falls back to your fallback setting, you can choose whether the fallback setting is Silence, a Soundscape or a Category of your choosing.
