Scheduling lets you set your music in advance and let it run on its own. Once a schedule is in place, the right soundscape plays at the right time, every day, without anyone needing to start it manually.
Schedules are built in a calendar view that will feel familiar to any other calendar app. You work a week at a time, dropping soundscapes and quiet periods onto the day, and each zone keeps its own schedule so a treatment room and a reception can run completely differently.
Where can I view the Schedule?
Go to the Schedule tab.
Choose the zone you want to programme from the zone selector.
Select any time slot directly in the calendar to start adding a scheduled block to that day, or click the Add button.
Good to know
Every zone has its own schedule. Building one for reception does not change anything in your treatment rooms unless you specify. A Soundscape in one room does not affect the rest of the venue.
Your zone needs to be in schedule mode for a schedule to play. You can toggle this in the banner at the top of your schedule.
Schedules run on your venue's local time, so recurring schedules stay correct through clock changes.
