We've created a very simple account structure, with the only variation being whether you want consistent music throughout your spa, or you want to match music to mood in different zones. Both are priced exceptionally competitively, with discounts available for multiple locations.
For multiple users, devices or zones, you can choose to purchase our Stream Unlimited subscription. This provides you with an unlimited number of logins for your spa's location as part of your annual fee. This means you can set up a new login for each space in your spa's location where you want different music to play, for example, in each treatment room and the reception area. For a single login and consistent playback throughout all zones of your location, you can purchase the Stream Essential subscription.
Note: if you have more than one spa location e.g. two branches, one in Town A and one in Town B, then you will need to purchase two spa subscriptions: there are discounts available on multiple locations.
* We have fair use limits outlined in the Terms and Conditions (reference Clause 1.5(ii). Of course, if your account is being used for your spa's employees or staff, you'll be fine. However, if you create an unusual or exceptional number of logins, we'll be in touch to check that you're using the service within the scope of the T&Cs.
