Managing playback from multiple zones and devices

We've simplified zone and device control. See what's playing where and who's in control with our latest update. Here's how it works:

Essential Plan Users

The Essential plan lets you enjoy the same music throughout your location, played from one device. To play different music in each of your zones you would need an Unlimited subscription.

To get your music playing on your essential account:

  • Click "Continue" on the popup.

  • In the bottom left corner, click where it says "Playing on [Device Name]".

  • Select "(Your Device)" to start playing music.

Unlimited Plan Users

With the Unlimited plan, you can play different music in multiple zones, controlled by multiple devices.

To set this up:

  • Create Zones: Set up and organize your zones (e.g. "Reception", "Treatment Room 1") by clicking here. You can learn how to do this in our help articles:

  • Select the zone you want to connect to: When you see the popup, click "continue" to choose that zone and switch the music from the device it was playing on to your device.

If you're in the correct zone and still seeing the message, try this:

  • Click "Continue" on the popup.

  • In the bottom left corner, click where it says "Playing on [Device Name]".

  • Select "(Your Device)" to start playing music.
