How to cancel your Stream subscription

Your subscription will run until the end of the contract period.

For monthly subscriptions you can email [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription for the next billing period.

For annual subscriptions you can and cancel by turning off the auto-renewal (instructions below) or you can email [email protected]

To cancel a subscription:

1.) Log into your account.

2.) Proceed to your Account page.

3.) Select the "Subscriptions" tab from your account dashboard. This will list out all of your subscriptions. Find the one you wish to cancel and click the "View" button.

4.) Once you've selected the subscription you wish to cancel, click the Cancel button. If your subscription is older than 14 days then the Cancel button will not be visible, instead you should toggle off the Auto renew field.

5.) Once cancelled, you will receive a screen stating, "Your subscription has been cancelled." If this does not happen or an error persists, please contact us for assistance.

6.) To reactivate your subscription you can click the Reactivate button, or switch back to Auto-renew with the toggle.
