Your subscription will run until the end of the contract period.
To cancel a subscription:
1.) Log into your account.
2.) Proceed to your dashboard page which can be accessed here. If you are using our mobile app, this will open the dashboard in a new window outside of the app.
3.) Select the "manage billing" tab from your account dashboard and then click on "Go to Billing Portal.
4.) This will open a new window where you will be able to see your active subscriptions. To change your subscription click on "update subscription" or cancel to end your subscription.
5.) Once cancelled, you will see a screen stating, "Your subscription has been cancelled." If this does not happen or an error persists, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
6.) To reactivate your subscription you can click the Reactivate button.
