Your subscription will run until the end of the contract period and should be cancelled by turning off the auto-renewal - instructions below.

 

To cancel a subscription:

1.) Log into your account.

 

2.) Proceed to your Account page.

 

3.) Select the "Subscriptions" tab from your account dashboard. This will list out all of your subscriptions. Find the one you wish to cancel and click the "View" button.

 

4.) Once you've selected the subscription you wish to cancel, click the Cancel button. If your subscription is older than 14 days then the Cancel button will not be visible, instead you should toggle off the Auto renew field.

 

5.) If cancelled, you will receive a screen stating, "Your subscription has been cancelled." If this does not happen or an error persists, please contact us for assistance.

6.) To reactivate your subscription you can click Reactivate button, or switch back to Auto-renew with the toggle.
