Yes.
1. Clicking on the heart icon next to a playlist will add all of the tracks from the playlist to your My Favourites section (you will see the heart icon next to each individual track change colour from white to a pale pink). Do this for the playlists in the order you want to enqueue.
2. Then go to My Favourites on the left-margin menu and click the Play button above the list of tracks to start playing them in order.
