How are the rewards structured?
For every person you refer who moves onto a paid plan, you'll earn 15% of what they pay, up to $1,000 per referral.
On a $79.99 monthly plan, that's about $12 a month, paid 32 days after their payment goes through.
On a $750 annual plan, that's $112.50, paid 32 days after their payment goes through.
You’ll receive the rewards at the same cadence as the new subscriber’s plan. If their subscription bills monthly you will receive a reward every month on the day their plan renews.
If you have an annual subscription you will receive your first payment 32 days after their payment goes through and all future payments on their renewal date.

Does the person i refer get a reward?
Yes! Every person you invite gets 15% off their subscription cost, be that on a monthly plan, or an annual plan.
How to accept your referral
When you receive your referral link from the current Myndstream subscriber, use it to sign up for your 2 week free trial. After exploring our plans and our catalogue, you can begin a subscription. You’ll enjoy a 15% discount and your referee will begin receiving their rewards.
What if my Referral does not become a subscriber
If your referral does not decide to become a customer, you will not receive a reward. If you are unsure whether your recommendation was successful, please contact [email protected].
How do I claim my reward?
Claiming rewards is easy. You can choose to receive your rewards to your Paypal or Venmo account.
We’ll send your rewards to you based on the person you invite and their subscription cadence. If they pay monthly you will receive monthly rewards, and the same with yearly. You can see everything you’ve earned by visiting the Rewards tab at any time.
You will receive the payment via Cello - a trusted, third-party referral partner platform we use to manage Myndstream's referral program.
Why did I stop receiving my rewards?

If you or those who you refer cancel their paid Myndstream plan, you’ll stop earning rewards.
You can always refer more friends to keep on earning.
How many people can I refer?
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer. You can enjoy rewards up to $1000

Can I refer an existing account?
No, referrals will only work for new sign ups that then acquire a paid plan
When will I start receiving my rewards?

Once the account you referred becomes a paying Subscriber to Myndstream you will begin receiving your monthly or yearly rewards. Your first payment will arrive 32 days after the person you invited has had their payment processed.
Do I still receiver my rewards if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your account you will no longer receive the rewards from your referrals whether they remain subscribed or not. They will also no longer receive the discount from your referral on their account.
Do I need to be a Myndstream subscriber to receive rewards?
Yes. Rewards are only available to paying Myndstream subscribers, so you’ll need an active paid plan to earn and receive them.
I’m a healthcare or Education venue; can I be part of the referral programme?

Can I refer my own company or create multiple accounts to earn rewards?
Yes, but they will require a paid subscription in order for you to receive rewards. An additional account, seen as an additional location in Myndstream, can be referred, but rewards will only be activated when the additional account has an active paid subscription. You cannot refer your own account or a sub-user on your account.
