Established users may have noticed in the latest update the removal of the 'Music Queue' & 'Favorites' tab. The former has been stripped back from the platform as we transition to full soundscapes to ensure their intent is at reaching it's full potential. The latter is now the 'Library' and houses your favorite full soundscapes.
Our music and research team had noted the importance of the full soundscape. Individual tracks whilst giving you the option to curate to a higher level, had an inverse effect on the effective intention behind the music be that; stress, sleep, energy.
This change is platform wide and not based on your subscription tier. We felt this change was important for how our users operate on the platform to ensure they were getting the most out of the hard work our musicians put into curating the full playlist.
In the meantime, you can progress 30 seconds forward or back in the soundscape. However, we are hoping to curate a more seamless version of this to progress through the "acts" of the music and not break the immersion. I'd love to hear your thoughts and discuss them with the product team to ensure we're making steps that work for you as a business owner as well as your clients.
