A zone:

Is a specific area or room within your spa where treatments, services, or communal activities take place. Setting up an area as a zone within your account allows you to personalize the much to that zone.

Example:

Here are some ways in which you could set up and personalize the music by zone:

  1. Reception

  2. Relaxation Room

  3. Treatment Room 1

  4. Treatment Room 2

A location:

A location is a physical spa premises that you own, lease or franchise. You will need to purchase a subscription for each physical location you have. If you have more than 5 locations then please contact [email protected] so we can assist you with the best package for these locations.

Example:

If you have 2 spas in New York and 1 in Boston, you would have a total of 3 locations.
