In order for your therapists to be able to personalize the music to their treatments you need to set them up as a user on the account. With The Stream Unlimited subscription you can set up an unlimited amount users with no additional cost.

First, you must have an active account. If you do not yet have an active account, please sign up for a free trial here, or if your free trial has expired you can subscribe here.

To add additional users on your account:

2. On the Stream landing page, select the drop-down menu for your account and click on “My Account”.

3. On the account dashboard screen, select “Users”. Then select the “New User” button.

4. Enter the user’s login details: first name, last name, email address, and user type. User type can either be a subaccount or account manager. An account manager role has all the same access privileges as your main admin account, whereas a subaccount has more limited access.

5. The invited account will now show up on your invites list. The invited user will receive an email and need to accept the invite in order to access the Stream. From this screen you also have the option to cancel invites and monitor invites that are pending, done, canceled, or expired.
